LOUISBURG - Helen Louise Mayberry Kincaid, 88, of Louisburg, formerly of Lenoir, died Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at Franklin Oaks in Louisburg. A graveside service will be held Sunday, April 17, at 2 p.m. at Blue Ridge Memorial Park in Lenoir, with the Rev. Renee Easter officiating.  The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. at Pendry’s Funeral Home prior to the graveside service.

She was born on April 10, 1923 in Iredell County to the late Chester A. and Flossie Barker Mayberry.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Kincaid, and two brothers, Hedrick and C.A. Mayberry, Jr.

 She was a member of Gamewell United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday School.

Survivors include son, William Kincaid of Lenoir; daughter, Shirley “Ann” Burchette of Louisburg; sister, Margaret Allen; one granddaughter and two great-grandchildren.
