HOLLISTER - Funeral services for Bertha Richardson Silver, 90, who died Sunday, June 5, 2011, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 11, at Pine Chapel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Robert Hedgepeth officiating. Burial will follow in the Silver family cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Barbara Silver and Mary Hedgepeth, both of Hollister, and Lou Roberson of Manhattan, N.Y.; sons, Salbert Silver, James Silver, John Silver and David Silver, all of Hollister,  Robert Silver of Louisburg, and Willie Silver of Manhattan, N.Y.; 27 grandchildren; and 48 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 10.
