WAKE FOREST - Michael Eugene Kelsey, 62, died Saturday, June 18, 2011 at his home in Wake Forest.  No local services are planned.

He was born in Jamestown, NY, the son of the late Claude and Phyllis Copeland Kelsey. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Kelsey. He was a veteran of the US Air Force.

Surviving: daughters, Amy Zaprowski of Salisbury, Md., Karen Elliott of Louisburg, and Megan Auge of Syracuse, NY; one stepson, Robert Champlin, Jr. of Tallahassee, Fla.; five grandchildren, Caylin and Madelyn Zaprowski, Patrick and Gracie Elliott and Avery Auge.
