LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Michael L. “China-Man” Richardson, 49, who died Friday, Sept. 23, 2011, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, at Ambassadors For Christ Ministries, with the Rev. Barbara McKnight officiating. Burial will follow in the Mary Helen Jones cemetery.

Surviving: wife, Geraldine Fowler of the home; son, Antoine Johnson of Rocky Mount; grandmother, Lucille Richardson of Castalia; mother, Ellean Richardson of Paterson, N.J.; sister, Monica L. Kirksey of Rocky Mount; brother, Craig Richardson of Paterson, N.J.; and one grandchild.

Open visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
