FRANKLINTON - Funeral services for Bessie O. Cooke, 76, who died Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2011, will be held Saturday, Oct. 15, at 3 p.m. at Faith Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Joan Greene, Mary Cooke and Glorious Jones, all of Franklinton, Gracie Crawford of Raleigh and Lisa Cooke of the home; sons, Bonnie Cooke of Greenville, Eric Cooke of Franklinton and Bobby Cooke of Durham; sisters, Mary M. Davis of Durham, Lola J. Moore of Franklinton, and Margaret S. Fogg of Centerville; brothers, Bobby Davis of Durham, Worthy Davis and Kerry Davis, both of Franklinton; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
