LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Ms. Mildred “Bunk” Closs, 50, who died Sunday, Nov. 19, 2006, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 24, at Haywood Baptist Church, with the Rev. Luther Coppedge officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Nikesha Closs of the home and Tishicka Closs of Louisburg; sisters, Rachel Franks of Clinton, Md., Vernell Hargrove of Louisburg, Olivia Closs of Washington, D. C., and Carolyn C. Walford of Upper Marlboro, Md.; brothers, William Closs Jr. of Newark, N.J., Richard L. Closs and John Earl Closs, both of Henderson, and Eugene R. Closs of Louisburg; and four grandchildren.

Open visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 23, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
