LOUISBURG —Funeral services for Katie Bell McKnight, 81, who died Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012, will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, at Concord Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Sam E. Blalock officiating. Burial will follow in the Manasseh Church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Carolyn L. McKnight of Garner,   Jessie   M.  McKnight of Raleigh, Angela D. McKnight of Franklinton and Lisa A. Williams of Louisburg; son, James A. McKnight (Alice) of Franklinton; brother, Alexander Mc-Knight of Franklinton; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
