JAMES C. “MAC” MCDONALD


FRANKLINTON—James Clyde “Mac” McDonald, 63, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012 in Richmond, Va. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 3, at Fairview Cemetery in Franklinton, with the Rev. Clyde Waiden presiding.

He was born in Franklinton. He served in the U.S. Army for 13 years and later worked as a security guard for Henrico County, Va.

Surviving: devoted friend, Linda Nelon of Richmond, Va.; brother, Mike McDonald of Hutchinson, Kan.; and several extended family members.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Virginia, 1700 Bayberry Court, Suite 300, Richmond, Va. 23226. Arrangements for the McDonald family are under the care of Hall-Wynne Funeral Service, 504 E. Mason St., Franklinton.
