LOUISBURG - James Franklin “Jim” Chastain, 70, died peacefully Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. Arrangements, which were incomplete at press time, will be announced by Strickland Funeral Home & Crematory in Louisburg.
