WAKE FOREST - James David “Jimmy” Faison, 56, died Tuesday, July 3, 2012. Funeral services were held Friday, July 6, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Wake Forest Cemetery.

He was born in Wake County, the son of Dorothy Perry Faison and the late William “Bill” Faison. He was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Faison.

He was retired from Weavexx in Wake Forest.

Surviving: daughter, Jennifer Crowder (Matt) of Halifax, Va.; mother, Dorothy Faison of Youngsville; sister, Pat Faison Johnson (Michael) of Wake Forest; brothers, Ronnie Faison (Donna) of Wake Forest, Dale Faison (Kathy) of Louisburg; fiancée, Rhonda Copeland; one granddaughter; numerous nieces and nephews.
