LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Mary Clifton “Liz” Yelverton, 63, who died Sunday, July 8, 2012, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 13, at St. Delight United Church of Christ, with the Rev. Maurice White officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: husband, Jesse Yelverton of the home; son, Jason Elliott Yelverton of the home; sisters, Vera Clifton Ellis of Louisburg and Lois Clifton Brodie of Baltimore, Md.; brother, Freddie Clifton of Louisburg; and three grandchildren.

Open visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 12, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
