LOUISBURG - Funeral services for James “Steve” Scott, 50, who died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, at Old Liberty Baptist Church, with the Rev. Charles A. Murrill officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: son, Christian Jordan Walker of Garner; mother, Janice Marie Scott-Rogers of Forestville, Md.; sister, Tamica Rogers of Forestville, Md.; brothers, Charles Rogers and Gregory Rogers, both of Largo, Md., Patrick Rogers of Baltimore, Md., and Gerald Rogers of Charlotte.

Open visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
