GARNER - Richard Dale Blake, 54, died Monday, Oct. 1, 2012. Funeral service was held Friday, Oct. 5, at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner. Burial followed at Montlawn Memorial Park.

Born in Wake County, he was the son of Geraldine Blake and the late Alan Blake.

Surviving: wife, Vickie Connor Blake; sons, Rick Blake of Youngsville and Alex Blake of Garner; brothers, Joe Blake (Marie) of Benson, Keith Blake of Garner and Scott Blake (Sarah) of Raleigh.
