FRANKLINTON - Cora Mae DuBois, 46, died Friday, Jan. 5, 2007 at Franklin Regional Medical Center in Louisburg. Funeral services were conducted Thursday, Jan. 11, at Kinches Chapel Church, Franklinton, with the Rev. Willie R. Nixon III officiating. Interment was in Peace Memorial Gardens, Roxboro.

She was born in Person County, the daughter of Mollie Lee Bass Lyons and the late Andrew Duke Lyons Sr. She was a graduate of Wake Forest-Rolesville Senior High School.

Surviving: one daughter, Barbie Ann DuBois of the home; sons, Willie Lyons, William Lyons, Joseph Bass DuBois, and Robert A. DuBois, all of the home; her mother, Mollie Lee Lyons of the home; sisters, Norma Denise Ashley of New York, N.Y., and Linda Lyons of Raleigh; brothers, Andrew Duke Lyons Jr. and Leroy Lyons, both of Franklinton.
