LOUISBURG - Ned D. Neal Jr., 56, died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012 at  his home. Funeral services will be held at 1  p.m. today (Saturday, Jan. 5) at Alston-Anderson Funeral Home in Louisburg. Burial will follow in the Cemetery on the Hill in Louisburg.

Surviving: brother, Larry D. Neal of Louisburg; and two special cousins.
