RALEIGH - Eva Virginia Jeans Height, 86, died Friday, Jan. 19, 2007 at Universal Health Care. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 21, at Neuse Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Wake Cross Roads Baptist Church cemetery.

Mrs. Height was born in Franklin County, daughter of the late Cynthia Tant Jeans and Kearney Jeans. She was preceded in death by her husband, Coleman “Alex” Height.

Surviving: sons, James Height (Karen) of Wake Forest and Tony Height (Lynn) of Bunn; daughters, Emma Pergerson (Jasper) of Youngsville, Brenda Wall (Randy) of Raleigh, and Jackie Medlin (Willie) of Wake Forest; sister, Effie Height of Zebulon; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Friends may visit with the family from 7-8:30 tonight (Saturday, Jan. 20) at Bright Funeral Home and other times at the home of Jackie and Willie Medlin, 3700 Louisbury Road, Wake Forest, NC 27587.
