ZEBULON - Andrew Gordon “A.G.” Creech, 75, died Monday, April 17, 2006 at WakeMed. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 20, at Strickland Funeral Home in Wendell. Entombment will follow in the A. G. Creech cemetery.

He was born in Johnston County, the son of the late Vonnie Mae Allen and William Creech. He was a retired farmer and production supervisor with Hi-Cone for 26 years.

Surviving: his wife, Margaret Hood Creech; daughter, Vonnie Anne Creech of the home; sons, Andrew Grady Creech of Raleigh, Alex Creech (Christian) of Wendell; sister, Christine C. Andrews; brothers, Billy Ray Creech (Earline), Dewey Wayne Creech (Patsy), all of Zebulon; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by sisters, Hilda Phillips and Ada Mae Hales; brothers, Allen Creech, Verlon Creech, and William “Pete” Creech.
