YOUNGSVILLE —Shirley Fuller Ferguson, 78, died Saturday, Dec. 14, 2013 at Louisburg Nursing Center. Funeral services will be at Harris Chapel Baptist Church on Wednesday, Dec. 18,  at 11 a.m. with Dr. William Hales officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

She was born to the late Charles and Virginia Murphy Fuller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Bervin Ferguson; son, Henry Ferguson; and brother, Lawrence Fuller.

Surviving: daughter, Wanda (Merrill) Perry of Edenton; son, Charles Ferguson of Youngsville; and three grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at a reception following the service.
