LOUISBURG - Royle Elliott Fox died Tuesday Dec. 24, 2013 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m, Saturday, Dec. 28, at Harris Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Bill Haley officiating. Burial will follow in Flat Rock Baptist Church cemetery.

He was born in Baltimore, Md., the son of the late John Fox and Stanley Royle Fox.

Royle was a veteran of the United States Navy and a member of Wake Forest Lodge # 282 A.F. & A.M. He was a restaurant owner/operator for many years and was currently a bail bondsman with American Bail Bonds in Raleigh.

Surviving: wife Carol Reekes Fox; numerous extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Samantha Lynn Fox.
