LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Hattie Y. Edgerton, 66, who died Friday, July 4, 2014, will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 8, at 1 p.m. at South Main Street Baptist Church, with the Rev. David Rosby officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Street Cemetery.

Surviving: daughter, Priscilla E. Walker of Pageland, S.C.; son, Aaron Edgerton of the home; sisters, Eleanor Edgerton of the home and Claudine E. Mann of Louisburg; brothers, Benny “Jack” Edgerton and John Louis Edgerton, both of Louisburg, Melvin Edgerton of Norfolk, Va., and Ervin Michael Edgerton of Albemarle; and two grandchildren.

Open visitation is being held at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg on Monday, July 7, 3 to 7 p.m.
