SPRING HOPE - Funeral services for Richard Evans Sr., 59, who died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, at Hickory Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Earnest Foster officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: wife, Elizabeth Evans of the home; daughters, Tracy Justice-Clark of Winston-Salem, Annetta Crudup of Franklinton, Erica Elaine Alston of Louisburg and Mistee Evans of the home; son, Richard Jerome Evans Jr. of Bunn; father, Claytee Evans of Castalia; sisters, Lucy Evans and Sheila “Faye” Evans, both of Castalia; and 13 grandchildren.

Open visitation will be held at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg on Friday, Sept. 19, from 3 to 7 p.m.
