LOUISBURG - Ronnie Glen Hunt, 52, of the Alert Community, died Saturday morning, Nov. 22, 2014. A funeral service was held Monday, Nov. 24, at Alert Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial followed in the Bobbitt family cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Betty Jane Hunt; brother, Mark Hunt; paternal grandparents, Dave and Bettie Hunt; maternal grandparents, Peter and Sallie Carroll.

Surviving: daughter, Evelyn C. (J.W.) Florence; son, Jeremy Hunt, all of Henderson; sister, Diane H. Bobbitt of the Alert Community; brother, Phillip (Frances) Hunt of Henderson; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
