LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Glen Thomas, 71, who died Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 3, at Jones Chapel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Hosie Starr III officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Phyllis Thomas of Rocky Mount, Jackie Thomas of Bunn, Trudy Green of Nashville and Glendora Hicks-Lynch of Hollister; sons, Terry Green and Kwami Jones, both of Louisburg; sisters, Betty Collins of Louisburg and Margaret Wilkins (Desota) of Long Island, N. Y.; brother, Johnnie Collins of Louisburg; 22 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Open visitation will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 2, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
