FRANKLINTON - Mildred "Sheryl" Atkinson Youngbar, 62, died Thursday, Jan. 8, 2015.

She was a native of Franklinton. However, due to a long illness, she resided at South Village Nursing Home in Rocky Mount. She was the oldest daughter of the late Ezra Ray Harris and the late Joyce Wheeler Harris of Franklinton.

Surviving: husband, Bruce Lee Youngbar of Mt. Airy; stepson, Michael Youngbar (Ginger) of Wilson; sister, Lisa Floyd (Andy) of Franklinton; brother, Michael Harris (Denise) of Franklinton; two granddaughters; and three nieces.
