LOUISBURG - Ann Carolyn Small, 68, died Thursday, March 5, 2015. A memorial service to honor her life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 21, at Franklinton Baptist Church in Franklinton.
Surviving: her husband, James L. Small Sr.; two children, James L. Small Jr. and Amy Palomares, both of Loris, S.C.; brother, Jerry Turnage of Circleville, Ohio; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
