FRANKLINTON --James Otha Tabron, 91, died Monday, March 23, 2015 at his residence. Funeral service will be held Saturday, March 28, at 1 p.m. at Union Grove Baptist Church in Youngsville. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1 p.m. Saturday at the church.

He was born in Franklin County to the late Elvis and Julia Joyner Tabron.

Surviving: daughters, Doris Jean Jones, Sandra W. Johnson and Linda T. Fuller; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. and friends.
