LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Bettie Van Williams, age 77, who died on Tuesday, March 31, will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday April 4, at Mitchell Baptist Church in Louisburg with the Rev. Daniel Lilly, officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

She is survived by three daughters, Betty Mayo of the home, Ethel Macon of Henderson, and Vanessa Hedgepeth of Louisburg; two sons, James and Clarence Williams, both of Louisburg; three sisters, Ada Mae Perry and Margaret Richardson, both of Louisburg, and Virginia Perry of Raleigh; two brothers, Fred T. Perry of Henderson and Eddie Lee Perry of Louisburg; 14 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
