ZEBULON - Jacob Matthew Blickensderfer, 25, died Sunday, Sept. 6, 2015 at his home. A remembrance service will be held on Oct. 3 at 5 p.m. at Dehart Botanical Gardens.

He was born to the late Michael Russ Blickensderfer and Deborah Cruze Blickensderfer.

Surviving: his mother, Deborah Blickensderfer; sister, Kristin Markham; and his brother, Kenny McCormick.
