WARRENTON - Funeral services for James G. Proffitt, 62, who died Monday, Sept. 14, 2015, will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, at Walter's Chapel Holy Church in Hollister, with the Rev. Hurley Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the Silver-Proffitt family cemetery.

Open visitation was held at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg on Monday, Sept. 21, from 4 to 7 p.m.
