FRANKLINTON - Janie Knight, 88, died Sunday, Oct. 4, 2015. Funeral services will be held at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Franklinton on Thursday, Oct. 8. The viewing will be held from 2-3 p.m., with the funeral services following.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Knight. She was a member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church for many years.

Surviving: one daughter, Myra Klein; son-in-law, Emery Klein; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
