YOUNGSVILLE - Elgie W. Williamson, 84, died Monday, April 2, 2007 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. today (Saturday, April 7) at Union Grove Baptist Church in Youngsville. Burial will follow on Monday at the Veterans Cemetery in Raleigh.

Surviving: two sons, Mac Arthur L. and Harold H. Williamson, both of Youngsville; two daughters, Andrea W. Coleman and Rosalyn W. Ellington, both of Florida; sisters, Ernestine Wilder of New York and Doretha Floyd of Youngsville; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
