Ernest Griffin, 83, of 1704 N.C. Highwy 39, Louuisburg died April 6, 2007 at Britthaven of Louisburg.

Services will be April 14 at St. Delight United Church of Christ, Louisburg. Burial to follow at the church cemetery.

Surviving are: daughter, Marily Griffin Brown of Newport News, Va; sons, Paul Warren of Charelston, S.C. and Silas Warren of Montgomery, Ala.; sister, Maggie W. Allen of Kittrell, and brother, John H. Griffin of Shontee; 20 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.
