LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Marguerite Spivey Moore, 79, who died Sunday, Jan. 3, 2016, will be held on Saturday, Jan. 9, at 11 a.m. at Walnut Grove Baptist Church in Louisburg, with Dr. Timothy Walker officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Andra Moore Martin (Aubrey) of Atlanta, Ga.; son, J. Daryll Moore (Laurie) of Johns Creek, Ga.; brothers, the Rev. Thomas Spivey (Evelyn) of Durham, Ellis Spivey (Arlene) of Irvington, N.J., and the Rev. Randolph Spivey (Katie) of Louisburg; and four grandchildren.

Open visitation will be held at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg on Friday, Jan. 8, from 3 to 7 p.m.
