LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Hugh Arthur "Boot" Branch Sr., 67, who died Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2016, will be held Saturday, Dec. 3, at 2 p.m. at Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Louisburg, with Pastor John A. Hopkins Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Shady Grove Church cemetery.

Surviving: wife, Sinorris M. Branch of the home; daughters, Torri L. Branch of Youngsville, Traci L. Branch of Louisburg; son, Hugh Arthur Branch Jr. (Sandra) of St. Pauls, N.C.; sisters, Martha Mae Davis of Louisburg, Irene Cooke (Herbert) of Newport News, Va.; brothers, Albert Spivey (Dorothy) of Louisburg, Samuel Williams (Nedra) of Charlotte; five grandchildren and one great-grandson.

Open visitation will be today, Friday, Dec. 2, from 3 until 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
