SPRING HOPE -- Funeral services for Claytee Evans, 82, who died Friday, Jan. 6, 2017, will be held Saturday, Jan. 14, at 2 p.m. at Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Castalia. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Surviving: daughters, Lucy Mae Evans of Castalia, Sheila Faye Evans of the home; sister, Jezebel Seay of Flint, Mich.; brother, Levi Evans (Rose) of Spring Hope; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Open visitation is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 13, from 3 until 7 p.m. at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
