CASTALIA - Robert J. King, 90, of Castalia went to be with the Lord early Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Franklin Oaks Nursing Center. Born on October 3, 1926 to the late Rob and Carrie Leonard King. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Bessie Harper King. Robert enjoyed people and loved talking to anyone he came in contact with.

Graveside services will be held Friday at 10:00 am at King Family Cemetery with Pastor Larry Ayscue officiating.

Robert is survived by his wife, Marie Murray King; son, Bobby King and his wife, Mary Ann; and his grandchildren who he loved dearly, Jason Tyler King and Amanda Rae King; his stepchildren, Jack Murray and his wife, Myra, Joe Murray, Anita Kilgore and her husband, Charlie, and Angela Bullard.
