LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Preston Brodie, 62, who died Saturday, March 18, 2017, will be held Saturday, March 25, at 12 p.m. at Perry's Missionary Baptist Church in Louisburg.

Surviving: his mother, Sophia Brodie of the home; daughter, Markida Marie Brodie of Richmond, Calif.; son, Cedrick Leon Brodie of Louisburg; sisters, Gwendolyn Brodie and Eunice Gantt (Raymong), both of Rocky Mount; brothers, Earnest Brodie of Rocky Mount, Wilton Brodie (Catherine) of Louisburg; and five grandchildren.

Open visitation will be held Saturday morning from 11 to 12 p.m. at Perry's Missionary Baptist Church in Louisburg.
