LOUISBURG - William Robert Daniel, 65, died Saturday morning, July 8, 2017 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 11, in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home.

William was a son of the late Glover Daniel and Elgie B. Jeans.

Surviving: his wife, Abby Daniel; brothers James (Phyllis) Daniel of Wendell, Herbert (Linda) Daniel of Louisburg; three nieces and three nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Transitions Life Care, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.
