WHITAKERS--Funeral services for Annie Ruth Artis, 77, who died Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2017, will be held Sunday, Oct. 15, at 1 p.m. at Social Union Baptist Church in Nashville. Burial will follow in the Artis Family Cemetery.

Surviving: daughter, Deboran A. Artis of Winston-Salem; sons, Lonnie R. Artis (Carolyn) of Whitakers and Jimmie L. Artis (Gloria) of Spring Hope; four grandchildren and five great- grandchildren.

Open visitation will be held in the Richardson Funeral Home Chapel in Nashville on Saturday, Oct. 14, from 3 - 7 p.m.
