FRANKLINTON--A memorial service for Inez Mann Neal, who died July 31, 2017, will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 29, at Mitchiner's Grove Baptist Church, 32 Mitchiner Grove, Franklinton. Her funeral and burial were held on Aug. 3, 2017.
