YOUNGSVILLE-- Glenna Jean Pierce, 73, died Wednesday morning, Feb. 14, 2018. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service. A graveside service will be held 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 18, at Montlawn Memorial Park.

She was a daughter of the late Glenn Thomas Barrett and Ethel Virginia Swader Barrett. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Tommy Barrett and Bill Barrett.

Surviving: husband, Phil "Boe" Pierce; daughters, Beverley Harrell (Stellitano) and Tracie Jarrett; son, Mark Harrell; sisters, Barbara Smith and Nora Barrett; brother, John Barrett; and four grandchildren.
