ZEBULON - Jack Duane Adair, 78, died Monday, March 20, 2006. Graveside memorial services were conducted Wednesday, March 22, at Pinecrest Memorial Park.

Surviving: his wife, Lila D. Adair; son, Duane Adair of Clayton; sister, Phyllis Cooper of Des Moine, Iowa; three grandsons; and four great-grandchildren.
