FRANKLINTON - Jullette Jacobs Harvey, 84, died Thursday, July 26, 2007 at Duke University Medical Center. Funeral services were conducted Thursday, Aug. 2, at Manasseh Chapel Baptist Church, Franklinton, with the Rev. Samuel Tunstall officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.

She was born in Franklin County, the daughter of the late Lazarus S. Jacobs and Freddie Parham Jacobs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Edward Harvey Sr.

Surviving: four daughters, Bernadine Harvey Russell of Plainfield, N.J., Alice Harvey King (Harrell) of Scotch Plains, N.J., Jeanette Harvey Claridge (Ron) of Edison, N.J., and Dianne Harvey of Franklinton; sons, Charlie E. Harvey Jr. (Sharon) of Franklinton and Cedrick O. Harvey (Harolyn) of Louisburg; sisters, Lurline “Doll” Jacobs and Beatrice Ward (Walter), both of Louisburg; seven grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
