FRANKLINTON - Josephine Breedlove Dement, 90, died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2007 at Wake Medical Center. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, Sept. 18, at Franklinton Baptist Church. Burial followed in Fairview Cemetery.

She was born in Granville County, the daughter of the late Walter and Callie Dickerson Breedlove, and was married to Dallas Dement, who preceded her in death. She was retired from Aerotron after 22 years of service.

Surviving: son, Toby Dement (Nancy) of Franklinton; brother, W. T. Breedlove of Oxford; one granddaughter; three great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
