LOUISBURG - Funeral services for Wilbert Gene Spivey, 62, who died Tuesday, May 16, 2006, will be conducted at 2 p.m. today (Saturday, May 20) at Perry’s Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Spivey family cemetery.

Surviving: wife, Virginia Spivey; daughters, Jackie Spivey of Hampton, Va., Joyce Spivey and Lucy Spivey, both of Smithfield, Va., and Katrina Spivey of Philadelphia, Pa.; sons, Wilbert Junior Spivey, Randy Lee Spivey, Anthony Spivey, Willie Spivey, all of Hampton, Va., and Donnell Spivey of Philadelphia, Pa.; sisters, Lucille Hicks of Louisburg and Lenora “Ray” Fogg of Hampton, Va.; brother, Freddie Gray Spivey of Louisburg; 17 grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
