LOUISBURG - Claudia Van West Joyner, 77, died Sunday morning, Nov. 11, 2007. Graveside services were conducted Tuesday, Nov. 13, at Hill King United Methodist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Rhonda Maurer and the Rev. Carl Poole officiating.

She was the daughter of the late Walter and Lillian Young West, and was preceded in death by her husband, Don O. Joyner.

Surviving: her son, Ronnie Joyner (Ruth) of Louisburg; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Flowers accepted or memorials may be made to Hill King United Methodist Church, Building Fund, c/o Janice Southerland, 668 Stone-Southerland Road, Louisburg, NC 27549.
