KITTRELL - Funeral services for Mrs. Isabelle Williams Carter, 64, who died Sunday, May 21, 2006, will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 27, at Ilong Baptist Church, with Rev. Lawson officiating. Burial will follow in the Manasseh church cemetery.

Surviving: husband, Willard Carter Jr. of Baltimore, Md.; daughter, Jacqueline Carter of Henderson; son, Brian Carter of Baltimore, Md.; mother, Victoria Williams of Franklinton; sisters, Ruby English and Ramel Williams, both of Franklinton, and Joyce Yarborough of Louisburg; brothers, James Alvin Williams of Baltimore, Md., Robert Williams of Raleigh, George Williams and Jessie Williams, both of Franklinton; seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

Open visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 26, at Richardson Funeral Home in Louisburg.
