ZEBULON - Anthony Bryant Hood, 37, died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2008 at Johnston Memorial Hospital. A memorial service honoring his life was conducted Friday, Jan. 11, in the chapel of Bright Funeral Home, Wake Forest.

He was born in Wake County, son of Mildred Pearce Hood and Eldred Hood. He was employed as a carpenter.

Surviving: his children, Jessica Simmons, Hailey and Hunter Hood; parents, Mildred and Eldred Hood of Zebulon; friend, Debbie Blickensderfer; sister, Crystal Hood of Dunn; and a brother, Ritchie Hood of Zebulon.
