LOUISBURG - Elizabeth D. Minchenko, 69, died Thursday morning, March 6, 2008. A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, March 10, in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home in Louisburg.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel J. Minchenko Sr.; daughter, Dorothy M. Barbour; and her son, Tony Minchenko.

Surviving: sons, Daniel J. Minchenko Jr. (Gwen) of Louisburg, Nicholas Minchenko (Amy) of Durham; brother, Robert Blake of Rutland, Vt.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
