PORTSMOUTH Va.– Teresa Moody Conrad, 82, died Thursday, March 27, 2008. A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. today (Saturday, March 29) at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Boulevard. Chapel, by the Rev. Deb Jenkins.

Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery.

She was a native of Gaston. She was predeceased by her husband, Joe; her parents, Ruth and Pete Moody; and sisters, Benie Boyce and Earline Smith.

Surviving: daughters Diane Kersten (Don), Barbara Hasty, Carol Gillet (Dick) Ann McAllister (Tom) and Chris Smith; brothers Elbert Moody (Louise), Pete Moody (Maxine); sister Millie Barnes (Jack); seven grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to Bon Secours Hospice.
